Job Description
HR Executive
Company Overview: We are a leading Information and Communication Technology (ICT) company specializing in projects for Government and PSU sectors having workforce of 75+ employees and a turnover of 80 cr. . We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment to support our growing team.
Job Purpose: The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, ensuring smooth HR operations along with statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Source and attract the right talent by understanding manpower needs, posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting HR rounds, negotiating salaries, issuing offer letters, and maintaining recruitment records.
2. HR Operations & Administration Oversee employee onboarding, maintain accurate HR records, manage attendance and leave, coordinate payroll inputs with finance, support performance appraisals, and address employee queries on HR policies.
