Job Description
Recruitment & Staffing: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for sales, service (mechanics), and support roles.
Onboarding & Induction: Handling documentation, uniform distribution, and orientation for new hires.
HR Operations & Payroll: Managing attendance, leave, and coordinating with accounts for monthly salary processing.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Resolving grievances, conducting employee engagement activities, and implementing employee recognition programs.
Compliance & Administration: Ensuring compliance with labor laws (such as EPF/ESI), managing employee records, and handling exit formalities
