Job Description
*Recruitment & Hiring*
Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, technical, and support roles.
- Coordinate with job portals, consultants, and colleges for hiring requirements.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for new employees.
*HR Operations* : Ensure to *create and manage SOPs* for each employees role.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR trackers.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and support HR compliance activities.
*Employee Engagement & Culture*
* Support employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
* Work on improving employee experience and organisational culture.
* Assist in performance review coordination and employee feedback processes.
*Training & Development*
* Coordinate employee training, learning sessions, and development programs.
* Support internship and employee development initiatives.
*Administration & Office Management*
* Handle office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Manage office upkeep, supplies, vendor coordination, and annual maintenance activities.
