Job Description
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Coordinate payroll processes and support policy implementation across the organization.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, S&E) and maintain accurate employee records and reports.
- Drive employee engagement through performance management, communication, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions within set timelines.
