💼 Job Description – HR Recruiter (Fresher)
📍 Location: Mumbai
🕒 Working Days: Monday to Saturday ( 10:30 to 7:30 )
Part Timer :- 6 hours Flexible Shift
✨ Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers to join our HR team as an HR Recruiter. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job openings.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Schedule interviews with clients
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
- Coordinate with the internal HR team for hiring updates
🎯 Requirements
- Fresher or 0–1 year of experience in recruitment/HR
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheet
🎓 Qualification
- Graduate in any field
- MBA/HR specialization preferred but not mandatory
🌟 Preferred Skills
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Immediate joiners preferred
