Job Description
Assist in Training Needs Identification (TNI) through data collection and stakeholder inputs Coordinate and manage training sessions, logistics, and scheduling. Maintain and update the training calendar and session trackers Prepare and analyse training reports, dashboards, and feedback data Support in measuring training effectiveness Collaborate with internal stakeholders and trainers for smooth program execution Maintain accurate training records, databases, and documentation of trainings. Assist in end-to-end training coordination (pre, during, and post training activities) Support in preparation of L&D budgets, MIS reports, and other L&D Reports Assist in learning content management (sharing materials, maintaining repositories)
