Job Description
Job Title: HR Operations Executive / Senior HR Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle management
- Support recruitment activities—sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews (especially for logistics roles)
- Ensure timely hiring closures and smooth onboarding process
- Handle employee queries and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Coordinate with clients for hiring requirements and operational support
- Maintain and update HR records, MIS, and databases
- Assist in team handling and process improvement initiatives
- Should be comfortable with travel for client meetings and visits
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in HR Operations / Recruitment (preferably logistics industry)
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of HR tools, documentation, and compliance
- Immediate joiners preferred
