Job Description
Job Description:
· Good knowledge about Salary process, Pf, PT,ESIC Etc
· Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including
orientation, documentation, and exit interviews.
· Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company
policies and legal requirements.
· Support performance management initiatives such as goal-setting,
evaluations, and feedback processes.
· Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
· Assist in organizing training and development programs.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
· Generate reports and maintain HR metrics to support strategic planning.
· Coordinate with Supervisor for Audits, day to day work, OTs, Manage employees
Requirement :
· Any graduate with 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources
· Preferably have worked with a manufacturing company/Factories
· Solid understanding of HR principles, HRMIS labor laws, and best practices.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Confident & proactive
