Job Description
Role Description
We are hiring an HR Executive with a strong focus on recruitment (70%) and HR operations (30%) in a fast-paced QSR environment. The role involves bulk hiring for outlet staff and managing day-to-day HR processes.
Note: This role is open only to candidates based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (Major Focus):
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for kitchen staff, delivery, and corporate roles
- Bulk hiring through job portals, references, and field recruitment
- Screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Ensure timely closure of positions
HR Operations:
- Employee onboarding & documentation
- Attendance, leave & payroll inputs coordination
- Maintain employee records and HR MIS
- Draft HR letters and handle basic employee queries
Requirements:
- Experience in QSR / Hospitality hiring preferred
- Strong in bulk & frontline hiring
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
