HR Executive – Job Description

About the Role

Masterify Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in hiring for sales roles, and the ability to build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Business Development Executives, Team Leaders, and support functions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Manage offer letters, onboarding, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee attendance and maintain HR records.
• Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Maintain compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience (EdTech/BPO recruitment preferred).
• Experience hiring sales professionals is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment portals.
