Qualification: Btech Mechanical
Experience : 10+ yrs

Job Description:
The Team Leader – Inside Sales – Champion Partner’s responsibilities include supporting field sales, coordinating sales activities ie Work order-payments , maintaining good customer relationships, on time-order satisfaction, coordinating with other company/distributor departments ie SCM/Finance, motivating distributors (Champion Partners) to achieve targets demonstrating financial tools, handling administrative duties and promoting customer /Partner satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead, Coach and support the Champion Partner team for all activities at HO.
• Coordinating with the field sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information to Field Sales Team.
• Program lead for the Champion Partner Incentive program and qualification process for new and existing partners. ie selection, coach, train, review performance and decide targets /schemes –review same for incentives.
• Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material for partners and sales team.
• Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested, also support the customer service call number.
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports for monthly analysis by distributor/RSM/ASM/BDM/BDE by product.
• Responsible for the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness, maintain SOP and Turnaround timelines.
• Achieving Sales sale revenue collections as per target month on month.
• Inform Channel of unforeseen delays or problems thru proper channels.
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements for team members, ability to work across RSMS/ASM/BDE cordially .
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies of Champion.
• Fulfillment of direct instructions of the management.
• Lead at CHAMPION Partner communication, rewards , gifts and events.
Candidate Desirables:
• Typically, 10+ years hands on experience in Industrial (B2B) sales/ Business development with a Manufacturing Company.
• At-least 3+ HO /Inside Sales Experience in Marketing /Channel Sales Backoffice along with earlier years’ experience in field sales of welding products, industrial Lubricants, Industrial Tools, Industrial valves, pumps, hoses (Worked in an environment of consultative /application value selling with indirect channel using demos, samples, trails ).
• Experience and knowledge of industrial gaskets/sealing products will be an advantage but not mandatory. Also, the average tenure of jobs of the entire experience should be >3years to demonstrate any end-to-end achievement.
• Technical Qualified degree preferably with a Mechanical/Electrical/ Metallurgy /Production engineering from a premier engineering college.
• Marketing Degree In general management or marketing will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Channel Partner Management i.e. TOD policies/Schemes is must.
• Impressive personality with good written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate across the organization.
• Fluent in local language (preferable Gujarati) and English.
• Experience in finance related matters-Invoices /Good Return /GST taxation /Credit Notes, setting budgets and reporting along with very sound tools usage i.e MS Office –PowerPoint, Excel, Word, pdf to do own analysis, Critical Schemes and Product Introduction offers.
• Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills with Distributors.
• A willingness to travel when needed as per business/Market needs.
• Should have planned/ executed/managed a target of >100Cr/Year with Team.
• This role is People Leader role and will also be directly responsible for some strategic channel partner due to size of business and model.
• This is pure play Non-Field Sales–i.e its Lead - Inside Sales Role.
