Job Description: Packing Boy / Packing GirlPosition Summary: We are looking for hardworking and dependable Packing Boys and Packing Girls to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for packing products, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining organized inventory in our warehouse/facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack finished products into boxes, bags, or containers neatly and securely.
• Verify product quality, quantity, and labels before packing to ensure accurate orders.
• Attach correct shipping labels, address tags, and barcodes to outgoing parcels.
• Load and unload stock or boxes safely when required.
• Keep the workspace, packing area, and equipment clean and organized.
• Report damaged items, stock shortages, or packing errors to the supervisor immediately.
• Work efficiently to meet daily packing targets and dispatch deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th pass or 12th pass (preferred).
• Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or retail work is a plus (freshers are welcome to apply).
• Basic reading ability in English to understand order details and labels.
• Ability to stand, lift packages, and perform physical tasks during work hours.
• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
