Job Description
Role: Outbound/Inbound calling to sell personal loans, understand customer needs, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call prospective customers and pitch personal loan products
- Explain features, eligibility, and benefits
- Handle objections and convert leads
- Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM records
- Follow up for closures
