Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospects or handle inbound calls from customers using established scripts.
  • Identify potential leads, qualify them, and build a pipeline for the sales team.
  • Answer questions regarding company offerings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call quotas and sales targets.
  • Call back leads or existing clients to nurture relationships and close deals.



Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a polite demeanor under pressure.
