Job Description
Recruiter – Entry Level (Freshers Welcome)
Location: Goregaon West
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month
Joining: Immediate
Eligibility:
- Any graduate (Freshers can apply)
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit colleges and institutes to build connections and source candidates
- Manage candidate pipelines for both bulk hiring and lateral hiring
- Screen and coordinate with potential candidates
- Maintain relationships with educational institutions and job seekers
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel locally for campus visits
- Interest in both volume hiring and niche/lateral hiring
