📝 Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Consultant (Female Candidate) for a 100% Work From Home opportunity. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, especially for BPO companies, and must be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

• 💼 Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements
• Major focus on BPO / Voice Process hiring
• Source candidates through various job portals and databases
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets
• 🎯 Requirements:Minimum 1 year experience in bulk recruitment (BPO hiring preferred)
• Good knowledge of job portals handling (portals will be provided)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under target-based pressure
• Must have a Laptop & Stable Internet Connection
