Job Description

Designation: AM/ Manager - Operations

Experience: 1 plus years

Open to hire: Individual contributor

Salary offered: Market standard + SPOT Incentives + Performance based Incentives

Mode of Work: Work from Office (WFO)

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with clients for requirements and updates

2. Liaise with internal recruiters on open position

3. Track candidate pipeline and hiring progress

4. Maintain accurate recruitment and client databases

5. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report

6. Monitor team performance and key hiring metric

7. Schedule interviews and manage communication flow

8. Ensure timely closure of open requirements

9. Handle documentation and onboarding coordination

10. Manage office operations and administrative tasks

11. Maintain compliance and process adherence
