Senior HORECA Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager - Fresh & Frozen Chicken Sales

Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai Experience: 3-5 years

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Additional: Incentives + performance bonus

DZ Fresh Foods Pvt Ltd is looking to hire a Senior HORECA Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager for

fresh and frozen chicken sales across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The candidate should have experience in

restaurant sales, cloud kitchen sales, HORECA, FMCG, food service, B2B sales, or restaurant onboarding.

The role will focus on onboarding restaurants and food outlets that require regular fresh and frozen chicken

supply.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Visit restaurants, cloud kitchens, cafes, caterers, hotels, QSR outlets, and food outlets.

• Generate leads and onboard new HORECA customers.

• Build daily supply customers with requirements of 5 kg to 100 kg per outlet.

• Meet restaurant owners, chefs, purchase managers, and decision makers.

• Take trial orders and convert them into regular customers.

• Coordinate daily orders through WhatsApp and phone calls.

• Work closely with operations and delivery teams for smooth supply.

• Follow up for payments and maintain collection discipline.

• Maintain customer relationships and handle basic complaints.

• Share daily sales visit reports and weekly sales updates.

• Achieve monthly sales and volume targets.

Candidate Requirements:-

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, HORECA sales, FMCG sales, food service, or restaurant onboarding.

• Strong restaurant network in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai will be preferred.

• Experience in chicken, meat, seafood, frozen food, dairy, bakery, packaging, or food supply will be an

advantage.

• Candidates who have worked with Swiggy/Zomato restaurant teams, POS companies, food aggregators, or

restaurant service providers will be preferred.

• Must be comfortable with field sales.

• Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
