Position : Service Engineer - Coordinator

Education : B.tech II Diploma II B.E Mechnical

Edperience : 1 Years to 5 years in HVAC II AC II Refrigeration System

Salary : up to 25,000/- to 40,000/-

Job Profile

·        HVAC Service Engineer Coordinator – Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily service schedules for HVAC engineers and technicians.

·        Assign service calls, preventive maintenance visits, and breakdown tasks based on priority and location.

·        Act as a central point of contact between clients, service engineers, and internal teams.

·        Track and monitor service requests, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

·        Maintain records of service reports, job cards, and maintenance logs.

·        Follow up with engineers for job updates and ensure closure within defined timelines.

·        Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.

·        Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.

·        Ensure availability of spare parts, tools, and materials by coordinating with the inventory or procurement team.

·        Support billing processes by verifying service reports and job completion details.

·        Schedule preventive maintenance contracts (AMC) and ensure timely execution.

·        Monitor engineer attendance, field movement, and productivity.

·        Coordinate emergency breakdown calls and escalate critical issues when required.

·        Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance requirements.

·        Assist in improving service processes and customer satisfaction levels.

·        Skills RequiredGood communication and coordination skills

·        Basic knowledge of HVAC systems

·        Strong organizational and multitasking ability

·        Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP / CRM tools

·        Problem-solving and customer-handling skills

·        QualificationDiploma / Graduate (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)

·        1–3 years experience in HVAC service coordination (preferred)
