Technician

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Service Technician to install, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen and bakery equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with bakery machinery and food service equipment and be capable of troubleshooting both electrical and mechanical faults independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial kitchen and bakery equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Install, commission, and test new equipment.
• Identify and rectify electrical, mechanical, and operational faults.
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and basic operating instructions to customers.
• Coordinate with the service team for spare parts requirements and follow-up visits.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Equipment Knowledge:

Required Candidates should have experience servicing and repairing some or all of the following equipment:

• Spiral Mixers
• Planetary Mixers
• Deck Ovens
• Rotary Rack Ovens
• Convection Ovens
• Dough Sheeters
• Dough Dividers
• Dough Rounders
• Bread Slicers
• Provers / Fermentation Chambers
• Waffle Machines
• Crepe Machines
• Commercial Griddles
• Commercial Kitchen Equipment and related machinery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with imported bakery and food service equipment.
• Knowledge of PLC controls, temperature controllers, and automation systems.
• Experience handling warranty and AMC service calls.
