Job Description
We are looking for a motivated B2B Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with business clients, and drive sales over calls. The role involves understanding client needs, pitching products/services, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential business clients (B2B)
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling
- Explain products/services and handle client queries
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
- Maintain a database of prospects and follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Required SkillsStrong communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of B2B sales process
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Good listening and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
