Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle student and parent inquiries.
  • Collect and verify tuition requirements.
  • Coordinate with tutors regarding new tuition opportunities.
  • Match suitable tutors with student requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate demo classes.
  • Follow up with students, parents, and tutors regarding assignment status.
  • Maintain inquiry, tutor, and assignment records.
  • Update CRM and internal systems regularly.
  • Resolve basic coordination and scheduling issues.
  • Ensure smooth communication between students, parents, and tutors.

Requirements

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.

Qualification

  • Graduate / Undergraduate.
  • Freshers can apply.

Experience

0–2 Years (Coordination, Customer Support, Operations, or Education Industry preferred).
