Responsibilities
Recruit and interview candidates.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters.
Monitor attendance and leave management.
Coordinate payroll and employee benefits.

Handle employee grievances and workplace issues.
