People Orbit HR is looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Non-IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. • Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of the recruitment process.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. (preferred).
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
• EligibilityBachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Up to 2 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
