Job Purpose

1. Create business models to impact the revenue and ARPU of the customers using Predictive Modeling, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and cloud technologies
2. Hands on expertise in Predictive Modeling, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and cloud technologies.
3. Building key predictive models and analytics products across marketing verticals in the organization
4. Find ways to combine large-scale experimentation, statistical-econometric, machine learning, deep learning and social-science methods to answer business questions at scale
5. Use causal inference methods to design and suggest experiments and new ways to establish causality, assess attribution, and answer strategic questions using data.
6. Work with large, complex data sets. Conduct end-to-end analyses that include data gathering and requirements specification, exploratory data analysis (EDA), model development, and written and verbal delivery of results to business partners and executives.
7. Collaborate with BI, IT and product development teams
8. Expertise in writing efficient, modularized and standardized code in python
9. Experience of working with AWS tools and technologies-S3, EC2, EMR, Glue, Sagemaker, Lambda, Dynamo DB, RedShift, Quicksight
10. In-depth understanding of Feature engineering and selection approaches, Segmentation or stratified analyses, anomaly detection, pattern detection and data transformation approaches. Classification; Machine/Deep Learning - Algorithm Evaluation, Dataset Preparation
11. Assessing the Model accuracy both Statistical as well as Business evaluation (Target Group vs Control Group & overall adoption)
12. Well versed with writing efficient SQL scripts for data acquisition and data aggregation
13. Help suggest, support, and shape new data driven use cases on AI-ML

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

 

1. Proven expertise with a variety of Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques across structured and unstructured data sets
2. Strong hands on proficiency in statistical packages and ML libraries (e.g. Python, R, Spark, SQL, Visualization tools)
3. Cloud Computing & Architectural Planning - AWS ( EC2, S3,EMR,etc)
4. Deep Learning Frameworks: Caffe, Keras, Theano, Tensorflow, or Torch
5. Experience working on Big Data technologies (e.g. Hadoop MR, Hive, NoSQL, Spark, Kafka, Graph Databases etc.)
6. Experience in development of interactive dashboards or visualization Javascript and JavaScript libraries, ggplot, Shiny apps, etc.
7. Self-Starter, Motivated, organize, and excellent communicator
8. Ability to work in cross functional teams to translate business issues into potential analytics solutions
9. Good Problem solving & Analytical Skills
10. Quick learner and adapting to changing business needs

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications

 

1. Graduate or Master's degree or PHD in Statistics or Economics or Engineering or a quantitative discipline from top ranked universities with exposure to AI/ ML/ Data Mining

2. Any Certification in Machine Learning / Deep Learning - Artificial Intelligence / Data Science

3. Preferred Certifications in AI/ML and AWS Cloud
