App Delivery & Implementation Support Project Management

Job Title: Technical Lead. (1)

Key responsibilities:

·         Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable backend systems in the Capital Market domain.

·         Solution Architecting, design, effort and timeline estimates and building and maintaining the same

·         Lead the implementation of AWS solutions and best practices, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.

·         Overall ownership of the technical project planning, underlying solutions developed and deployed by the development team.

·         Create strong practices around test driven development, automating delivery of applications with strong CI/CD practices.

Qualifications:

·         4-6 years relevant experience hands-on and lead level proven experience in managing a large scale work-load, expertise in building large complex platforms, low latency, real-time, highly secured, platforms with millions of users.

·         Expertise in backend development using programming languages like Node, Go Lang, Java, Python, or equivalent languages. Proven expertise in AWS services, particularly in architecting and implementing solutions for large-scale projects.

·         AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Professional / Specialty certification) are a strong advantage.

·         Has gained extensive experience in utilizing caching technologies like Redis and Memcached. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is advantageous. Proficiency in widely used technologies such as REST web services, OAuth, JSON, XML, and SQL is also desirable.

·         Capacity for adopting a product-oriented perspective.

·         Experience working on large, complex transactional systems is preferred.

·         Hands on experience in Designing, Coding and release management.
