What would you do? Provide unified leadership across recruitment and recruitment administration for the full scope. Own end-to-end talent acquisition delivery including strategy, capacity planning, SLA governance, cost control, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across recruiting and admin operations. Talent Acquisition - End to End involves managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes identifying job needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers. The goal is to efficiently fill positions with the best talent. Responsibilities also include onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. This role is crucial for building a strong and effective workforce. Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.
What are we looking for? Education: Graduate Degree Total Years of Experience: 14–18 years of talent acquisition / recruitment operations experience Total Years of Role Specific Experience: 8+ years in senior recruitment / operations leadership with US staffing exposure preferred •Need to fit the role requirement but above the standard compensation offered should be referred to delivery/transition lead for decision. Executive governance of TA delivery (recruiting + admin) Capacity, cost, productivity and SLA/KPI strategy Operating model, controls, compliance & audit readiness Executive stakeholder management & escalation leadership US staffing / market exposure (preferred) Transformation, automation & continuous improvement leadership Must have US staffing experience along with the other mandatory skills. •Needs to meet the sourcing criteria & within the standard compensation bracket for the role; basic communication skills to be put through for written assessment. •
Roles and Responsibilities: •Drive effective execution of hiring support by providing direction on requirements alignment, priority management, and stakeholder communication across teams. • Own end-to-end TA delivery model across recruiting + admin; define operating cadence, controls, and governance. • Own capacity, productivity, and cost outcomes; translate volumes to HC asks and drive calibration with evidence. • Set and govern SLA/KPI strategy; simplify/standardize metrics and ensure audit/compliance readiness. • Lead executive stakeholder management and escalations; drive client/leadership communications and decisions. • Sponsor transformation, automation, and continuous improvement; drive service maturity and stabilizations. • Define KPI strategy and executive dashboards; ensure audit and risk readiness •Work Model & Shifts: WFO; comfortable with US shift coverage as business requires. •Nearer to the target on skill/knowledge required should be put on hold and considered again depending on the available pipeline to meet hiring targets. •
