Junior Accountant

Job Title: Junior / Semi Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support our accounts and finance operations. The candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST compliance, and import-export documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries for Purchase and Sales

Handle stock-related accounting with basic inventory knowledge

Record Purchase Entries and Journal Vouchers (JVs) as per transactions

Prepare and manage LR (Lorry Receipt) / Transport Documents

Assist in Job Work accounting and tracking

Manage Bank Entries and Bank Payment transactions

Basic working knowledge of TDS and TCS

Generate and manage E-way Bills and E-Invoicing

Assist in GST compliance including:

GSTR-1

GSTR-2B reconciliation

GSTR-3B

Support accounting related to Import & Export transactions

Coordinate with internal teams and CA for compliance and reporting

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles

Familiarity with Tally or any accounting software

Understanding of import-export documentation is an added advantage

Good communication and coordination skills

Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Experience:

1-4 years (good knowledge)

Interview Note:

Candidates should be ready to demonstrate basic accounting entries, GST knowledge, and practical understanding of purchase/sales workflows.

Salary: As per industry standards
