Tele Sales Representative Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Tele Sales Representative. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, including Excel and PowerPoint, and be fluent in English. The primary responsibilities of this role include customer calling, both new and existing, follow-up calls, achieving sales targets, and gathering feedback from customers. Additionally, the role involves booking appointments with customers and attending weekend team meetings in person.

Responsibilities

- Making calls to customers, both new and existing

- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote new products or services

- Achieving sales targets set by the company

- Gathering feedback from customers and reporting it to the team

- Booking appointments with customers for sales or service appointments

- Attending weekend team meetings in person

- Greeting customers and helping them find items or services they need

- Providing customers with information about products or services and promoting special offers

- Handling customer complaints, questions, and concerns

- Managing inventory and stock

- Developing relationships with new and existing clients or customers

Requirements:

- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and PowerPoint

- Fluent in English
