HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards - Re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, HR service delivery model, HR cloud technology as well as transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

 

• As a Senior Consultant, you should be able to deliver quality client service and deliver insightful solutions. You will also be expected to have excellent communication skills, integrate into and provide guidance to project teams (Consultants and below), and are able to smaller projects independently. More specifically, the successful candidate should
• Demonstrate technical competence in HR consulting areas
• Be able to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for any major change initiatives and/or decisions
• Take a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement
• Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members, and promote an inclusive working environment
• Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities by preparing proposals and delivering presentations for potential clients
• Provide coaching to junior team members and peers, and act as a visible role model for our people

 

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• Master of Business Administration in Human Resources

Experience

• HR Consulting (2+ years)
• HR Industry Experience (3+ years)
