Senior Talent Acquisition-Partner-Corporate-Support Division-HR-Talent Acquisition

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition strategy and building a strong talent pipeline for the Corporate Support Division. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans. Your expertise in talent acquisition will be instrumental in attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to the overall success of the division.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment channels and techniques.
  • Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role and organization.
  • Conduct comprehensive reference and background checks for shortlisted candidates.
  • Negotiate and finalize employment offers with successful candidates.
  • Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed recruitment decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
