Job Title: Relationship Executive – Home Loan (Field Sales)
Location: Karnataka
Department: Home Loan
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Age Criteria: Up to 27 Years
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
Job Summary:We are hiring energetic and result-oriented Relationship Executives for the Home Loan department. This is a field-based role involving open market sourcing, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
- Key Responsibilities:Generate Home Loan business through open market sourcing
- Conduct field visits to acquire new customers
- Build strong relationships with clients and referral partners
- Explain loan products and assist customers in the application process
- Ensure smooth coordination for login to disbursement
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance
- Skills Required:Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and convincing ability
- Target-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel for field work
- Basic knowledge of BFSI products (preferred)
- Eligibility Criteria:Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers are welcome
- Age should not exceed 27 years
- Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred
- Salary & Benefits:CTC: ₹3,00,000 per annum + Incentives
