Job Description
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving on-ground sales across salons, parlours, and wholesale markets. This role requires strong product knowledge, persuasive selling skills, and the ability to generate repeat business.
This is a target-driven, incentive-based role with strong earning potential.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit salons, beauty parlours, and wholesalers across assigned territories
- Identify and onboard new salon partners and distributors
- Pitch Oroglow Professional skincare and haircare products
- Explain product USPs, ingredients, usage methods, and benefits
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities
- Schedule follow-ups and convert leads into orders
- Collect and process purchase orders
- Coordinate with the company for order fulfillment and stock availability
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat orders
- Gather market feedback on competitor products and pricing
- Maintain daily visit and sales reports
