Job Description

• Manage RTA for various locations.
• Keep tracks on various KPI's to maintain the SL for the process.
• Prepare various reports for Operations to analyze the trends.
• Implements logics over Excel to prepare new templates.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree and good WFM knowledge along with basic excel skills.
