Admission Counsellor

Tele Sales Executive / Education Counselor – MBBS Abroad.

Key Responsibilities -

• Call and follow up with student leads interested in studying MBBS abroad
• Explain admission processes, eligibility, and country/university options
• Counsel students and parents about fees, visa process, and career scope
• Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions (sales conversion focus)
• Maintain lead data, call records, and follow-up schedules in CRM
• Coordinate with admission teams and universities
• Handle objections and build trust with prospects

Basic Requirements -

• Education Bachelor’s degree (any field; preference for BBA, BCom, BA, or education-related)
• Background in counseling, sales, or education is a plus

Skills Required

• Strong communication skills (English + Hindi; regional language is a bonus)
• Persuasive speaking and negotiation ability
• Basic understanding of MBBS abroad options (Russia, Georgia, Philippines, etc.)
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Confidence in handling parents and students
• Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools, email)

Experience 1–3 years in:

• Tele sales
• Education counseling
• EdTech sales
• Overseas education consultancy

Sales Skills (Important)

• Lead conversion mindset
• Ability to meet monthly targets
• Follow-up discipline
• Handling rejection professionally

Additional Preferred Qualities

• Knowledge of NEET requirements for MBBS abroad
• Familiarity with visa/documentation processes
• Experience in study abroad consulting firms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Work Setup

• Full-time at our office premises only - MONDAY to Saturday 10AM TO 7PM
• May include weekend availability (peak admission season)

Typical Salary

• Incentives/commissions based on admissions converted.
• fixed monthly salary paid on 10th every month.
• potential to earn up to 5 lakh rupees additional per season.
