Job Description
1. Manage all customer interactions
2. Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and language
2. Offer a solution-based approach for all customer interactions
4. Educate the customer at every given possible opportunity
5. Adhere to rostered timing, scheduled shifts and activities
6. Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service
7. Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
8. Manage outbound campaigns as per business requirement
9. Increase, develop and retain customer base through relationship, building and service
10. Follow all contact center policies, procedures, code of conduct and legislative requirements
11.Working on Excel & making reports
