Job Description
BDM self sourcing
Identify and engage potential customers to source credit card applications through designated sourcing location, field visits, referrals, and networking.
• Assess customer needs and recommend the most suitable credit card products aligned with eligibility and lifestyle
• Meet monthly sourcing targets and contribute to team goals. Track performance metrics and report progress regularly.
•Maintain excellent relationship with customers and stakeholders.
•Ensuring good customer experience - Prompt solution, accurate information, addressing queries etc.
•Have a good understanding of the Credit card offering, features, benefits and usage guidelines (detail training will be provided)
