Job Description: HR Intern (Recruitment & Operations)

Duration: 3 Months

Role Overview: We are looking for a high-energy HR Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is people-oriented, organized, and eager to learn how a recruitment cycle functions in the real world. You will play a crucial role in "sourcing"—the art of finding the right talent—and ensuring our hiring process runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Actively search for candidates across various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) based on specific job requirements.
• Screening: Conduct initial telephonic screenings to check candidate interest, availability, and basic fitment.
• Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties have the necessary invites and links.
• Database Management: Maintain and update a "Tracker" of candidate progress to ensure no one gets lost in the process.
• Support Activity: Assist in campus hiring drives or walk-in events as needed.
• What We’re Looking ForCurrently pursuing or a recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Commerce.
• Excellent Communication: You should be comfortable speaking to strangers on the phone and writing professional emails.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel/Google Sheets) is a must.
• Hustle: A proactive attitude to find "the needle in the haystack" when sourcing.
