Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for someone who understands the end to end import and export process and can handle day to day operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of documentation, local customs procedures and international trade processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle import and export documentation including Bill of Lading, Packing List, Invoice, Certificate of Origin and other related documents
* Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders and customs agents
* Track and monitor shipments and provide timely updates
* Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth cargo movement
* Maintain and update shipment records accurately
What We Are Looking For:
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of import and export operations
* Understanding of local customs procedures and international trade process
* Good knowledge of shipping and import documentation
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Attention to detail and problem solving ability
