Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage and qualify incoming leads for residential real estate projects. The role involves handling inquiries, providing project information, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into buyers.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

📞 Lead Handling

Manage inbound leads from digital campaigns, property portals, and walk-ins.

Contact potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, or email.

Understand customer requirements such as budget, location preference, and property type.

🏡 Project Presentation

Explain project details including pricing, floor plans, amenities, and location advantages.

Share brochures, project videos, and other marketing materials with prospects.

📅 Site Visit Coordination

Schedule and confirm site visits with interested prospects.

Coordinate with the sales team for smooth site visit execution.

📊 CRM & Data Management

Update lead status and customer information in CRM.

Maintain proper records of all customer interactions and follow-ups.

🔄 Lead Qualification

Identify genuine buyers and prioritize high-potential leads.

Ensure timely follow-ups to increase site visit conversions.
