Job Description
Relationship Manager (Real Estate)
We are looking for a smart and motivated Relationship Manager to handle client leads, customer communication, and sales coordination. The candidate should have strong communication and conversion skills to build good client relationships and support business growth in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Communicate with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate customer meetings and site visits.
- Update lead details and daily reports in CRM.
- Work on sales conversion and business development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or real estate.
- Hindi and English language compulsory.
- Marathi language will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM.
- Smart, responsible, target-oriented, and good communication skills.
