Account Management Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Amazon Account Management Executive who has good knowledge of Amazon seller operations, policy compliance, account health management, inventory issue handling, and case follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Amazon seller account in good standing and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon Seller Central account operations on a daily basis.
• Monitor and maintain Account Health to avoid policy violations, warnings, or account risk.
• Ensure strict compliance with Amazon marketplace policies, listing guidelines, and performance standards.
• Handle policy compliance issues, performance notifications, and account health alerts.
• Monitor and resolve stranded inventory issues on time.
• Track and manage unfulfillable inventory, removal orders, and related inventory defects.
• Raise cases with Amazon Seller Support for operational, inventory, listing, payment, and compliance-related issues.
• Follow up strictly on open cases until proper resolution is received.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documents, invoices, images, product details, and compliance requirements.
• Identify and resolve listing suppression, inactive listings, blocked ASINs, and inventory-related errors.
• Maintain reports for account health, open cases, stranded inventory, and unfulfillable stock.
• Take proactive action to prevent future account health or compliance issues.

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
• Strong understanding of Amazon policy compliance and account health.
• Experience in handling stranded inventory and unfulfillable inventory.
• Ability to raise cases and follow up professionally with Amazon support.
• Good communication and email writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work with deadlines and maintain proper records.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in Amazon account management or e-commerce operations.
• Knowledge of FBA, FBM, listing issues, ASIN suppression, and inventory reconciliation will be preferred.
