We are a growing food brand focused on premium spices, seasonings, sauces, and condiments. Our goal is to build a strong digital-first presence across marketplaces and D2C channels while delivering high-converting, visually appealing product listings that drive sales and customer trust.

We are looking for an experienced Amazon & Shopify Listing Expert who understands food e-commerce, SEO, conversion optimization, and marketplace compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Amazon Marketplace Management

• Create, optimize, and manage product listings for spices, masalas, sauces, seasonings, and condiments
• Write SEO-optimized titles, bullet points, product descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ Content
• Manage Amazon Seller Central listings, variations, attributes, and category compliance
• Coordinate product uploads, listing updates, and inventory-related content changes
• Monitor listing health, suppression issues, and policy compliance
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for ranking improvement
• Improve conversion rates through optimized content and image recommendations
• Work with PPC/team members to align listings with advertising strategy

2.Shopify Store Management

• Upload and manage products on Shopify
• Optimize product pages for SEO and conversions
• Maintain collection pages, tags, filters, and navigation structure
• Ensure product descriptions, pricing, bundles, and offers are updated regularly
• Coordinate with design/content teams for banners and landing pages
• Improve overall customer shopping experience on the website
• Content & BrandingEnsure all product content aligns with brand tone and packaging claims
• Collaborate with graphic designers for infographics and product images
• Maintain consistency across Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces
• Suggest improvements for product storytelling and brand positioning

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Amazon listings for food/FMCG brands
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Shopify
• Understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword indexing, and listing optimization
• Experience with spices, food products, supplements, or grocery categories preferred
• Knowledge of A+ Content and flat file uploads is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Canva, or similar
• Strong English copywriting and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple SKUs and product variations
• Basic understanding of food labeling/compliance guidelines preferred
