Job Description

Assistant General Manager - Execution

#LI-DNI 


1) Responsible for carrying out execution of following activities: 

Excavation, RCC, Blockwork, Plaster, flooring, tiling, Finishing and Interior fit-out including MEP.

2) Entire knowledge needed to control all deliverables at site as Tower In-charge.

3) Prior experience in execution of High rise building with Aluminium shuttering. 

4) Shall be responsible for overall adherence to Quality & Safety Standards as per standard parameters within scheduled timelines.

5) Sub contractor management 

6) Monthly certification of R.A Bills for all vendors. 

7) Contracts Management

8) MIS generation for Tower, including maintaining labour reports, daily/weekly progress reports, productivity data 

9) Customer handling, attending any snags given by Customers and FM team.

10) Handover of building to Facility management team
