To lead and manage Hero operations for a country or group of countries where the company has presence and sees growth potential, and achieve the desired business targets

A Day in the life

Execute and comply sales goals in the countries under responsibility
Contribute to the creation of annual business plans of each country
Execute Sales activities and processes compliance
Develop distribution network
Ensure sales and After sales training for the Dealers and Distributors
Advise in terms of points of sales infrastructure
