Content Creator

About the Role: 

We are looking for a creative Digital Content Creator with strong video editing skills to join our team. The ideal candidate lives and breathes content - someone who scrolls not just for fun but with a sharp eye for what's trending, what's working, and what's next.

Looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, and excited to create content across different formats and platforms - be it for our website, social media, Meta ads, emailers, or any other digital requirement that comes up. If you enjoy experimenting, learning new tools, and are not afraid to try something new, you will fit right in.

What You Will Do:

• Proactively research and identify trending content formats and share fresh ideas with the team.
• Create digital content across multiple formats and platforms - social media, website, Meta ads, and beyond.
• Design static creatives, infographics, carousels, Story posts, and reel videos using Canva or other mobile editing apps (Edits, VN, Inshot, or similar)
• Shoot content using a smartphone as and when required.
• Stay updated on content formats that drive organic virality in terms of reach, engagement and community building.
• Collaborate with the team on briefs, campaigns, and ad creatives as needed.

AI Tools - A Big Plus

We believe AI is changing how content is made, and we want someone who shares that excitement. You don't need to be an expert, but you should be genuinely curious and willing to explore.

Comfortable using or experimenting with AI tools for image generation, video and voiceover (Google Veo, Kling, Higgsfield, and ElevenLabs or similar).

Able to use AI to speed up the content creation process - from ideation to final output.

Willing to keep learning as new AI tools emerge and bring those learnings back to the team.

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with Canva for designing social media and digital content.
• Proficiency in mobile-based video editing apps (Edits, VN, InShot or similar)
• Good understanding of what works across Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Ability to create content for different purposes - organic posts, ads, website banners, and more.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal hand-holding.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
