Roles & Responsibilities:
Verify customer documents and financial details
Assess customer eligibility for loans or credit-related services
Maintain accurate customer and transaction records
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
Follow company credit policies and procedures
Handle customer queries related to credit processes
Ensure timely processing and verification of applications
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge
Attention to detail and analytical thinking
Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
Good coordination and teamwork skills
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
MBA freshers are welcome
Experience in finance, banking, BPO, verification, or credit processes is an added advantage
Preferred Candidate:
