Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries and provide end-to-end assistance related to payday loan products. The candidate will be responsible for delivering prompt, accurate, and professional support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to loan inquiries, applications, and repayments
  • Assist customers with loan eligibility, documentation, and application process
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
  • Coordinate with internal teams (collections, credit, operations) for issue resolution
  • Educate customers about repayment schedules, charges, and policies
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Key Requirements:Graduate in any discipline
  • 0–3 years of experience in customer support (preferably in NBFC/Banking/Fintech)
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
  • Basic knowledge of loan products and customer handling
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Preferred Skills:Experience in payday loans or short-term lending products
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
