Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer to own our brand's digital presence and visual identity. You will plan, create, and publish compelling content across platforms while designing high-quality visuals that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.

Social media

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and copy tailored to each platform's tone
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with the community daily
• Track KPIs — reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth — and report insights weekly
• Plan and manage paid social ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates, and viral formats
• Collaborate with influencers, partners, and content creators

Graphic design

• Design static and animated creatives for social posts, stories, reels, and ads
• Create branded marketing collateral — brochures, banners, emailers, and presentations
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all visual touchpoints
• Edit and retouch photos and short-form video content
• Produce UI mockups and digital assets as needed for campaigns
• Ensure all designs are on-brand, accessible, and optimised for each platform's specs
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams on visual storytelling
