E-commerce Operations And Listing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Operations

Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart & Shopify

Upload listings via bulk files (flat files) and manual methods

Monitor listing health (errors, suppressed listings, missing attributes)

Create FBA shipments and coordinate dispatch to warehouses

Maintain and track inventory across platforms

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales & return reports

2. Creative & Listing Optimization

Edit product images (remove wrinkles, clean background, enhance quality)

Create infographic images (features, benefits, size charts, icons)

Optimize images for marketplace standards (Amazon/Flipkart guidelines)

Coordinate with the supervisor to improve A+ content and listing visuals

Must Have:

1. Experience with Amazon Seller Central

2. Basic knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub

3. Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

4. Proficiency in Canva

5. Basic knowledge of Photoshop (preferred)

Good to Have:

1. Understanding of Amazon SEO and keywords

2. Experience with A+ content

3. Knowledge of the Shopify backend

Ideal Candidate:

1. 1 - 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a combination of e-commerce and design

2. Detail-oriented and process-driven

3. Ability to manage multiple SKUs efficiently

4. Basic design sense for creating clean, high-converting images
